is a graduate in Commerce having more than 25 years of experience with various Government Departments. He has joined us as Vice President (Business Development) and look after the various Business Development activities of GPL.
is a graduate Mechanical Engineer with 25 years experience in Thermal Power Industry. He joined us in November 2010 as Head of EPC – Power Projects Division and overall responsible for execution of High value Power Plant EPC Contract etc.
is a Bachelor of Engineer in Civil Engineering. He has an experience of 38 years in the field of construction especially in industrial, civil and structural engineering. He has retired as General Manager of Rashtria Ispat Nigam Limited after 22 years of service. He joined GPL as Vice President of EPC division in the year 2008.
is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has post qualification experience of 24 years in the fields of Finance & Accounts, Management Information Systems, Cost Accounting etc. He is presently in-charge of the Costing, Internal Audit and Budget Control at HO.
Is a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and has an experience of over 25 years in Railway, Industrial Projects, Road Works and Power Plnat works. He joined GPL in 1987. Presently he is heading Irrigation Division and also repsponsible for specific industrial projects.
is a Graduate Engineer specialised in Civil Engineering from Osmania University. He is having over 25 years of rich experience in India and oversease organisations. He is heading the Transmission and Distribution Business vertical of the Company.
is a Graduate Engineer from University of Illinois, USA, specialized in Industrial Engineering. He is having rich internaltional exposure in the areas of Operations and Management.
is a Bachelor of Sciences from the Osmania University and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has an experience of 15 years in the fields of Finance & Accounts, management Information Systems, Software, taxation, Capital Markets etc. He is presently apprising the management regarding the project status, streamlining of the accounting functions and integrating various site accounts.
is a Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with an overall experience of 20 years in preparing estimations, contract management etc. pertaining Highway Road Projects.
is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management and Graduate in Law from Osmania University. He is having over 25 years of rich experience in Human Resources generalist in Multinational organization and large Indian Corporate. He is heading Human Resources and Admin funcitons of the company.
is a Bachelor of Science and a Chartered Accountant. He is also holding a Post graduation diploma in Computer applications. He has an experience of 18 years in the field of accounts, finance and purchase functions. He is looking after the centralized purchase for all materials in GPL.
Is a Post Graduate from Birla Institute of Technology & Science with 32 year of rich experience with multi-cultural workforce in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Cost Control & Budgeting in the construction & Infra sector. He is heading Project Monitoring & Control department.
Is a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU and having vast experience in Supply Chain & Procurement functions in Leading Indian Corporates. He is heading Supply Chain Management (SCM) department.
As of 31 March, 2014, we employ 2223 full-time employees including mechanical and civil engineers. In addition, we also employ casual and temporary contract labor on our project sites on a need basis. The skills and diversity of our employees gives us the flexibility to adapt to the needs of our clients by organizing our employees into multicultural and mobile teams. We are dedicated to the development of the expertise and know-how of our employees.
We believe that we maintain good relationships with our employees. We have developed a structured incentive program, including a performance-linked variable pay structure for certain levels of employees, and we provide adequate training programs. While we consider our current labor relations to be good, there can be no assurance that we will not experience future disruptions to our operations due to disputes or other problems with our work force, which may adversely affect our business and results of operations. The number of contract laborers varies from time to time based on the nature and extent of work contracted to independent contractors. We enter into contracts with independent contractors to complete specified assignments.
